About the Role
We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our team and serve as a pivotal force in our operations. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a senior leadership position. You will be responsible for servicing an existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients while simultaneously developing new relationships through strategic referrals and leads.
As a leader within the organization, your day-to-day involves supervising team performance, providing necessary guidance, and mentoring incoming team members on company systems and processes. This position offers a clear path for professional development; as you excel in your duties, you will cultivate advanced leadership skills and work towards advancement into an Agency Director role.
Hiring Process
