About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
In this position, you will not only prospect for new business through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and networking but also manage the full lifecycle of existing accounts. You will act as the main point of contact for your book of business, fostering strong relationships to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments, operational hubs, supervisors, and drivers to align strategic sales planning with on-the-ground execution.
