Nauset Disposal is seeking outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representatives to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
In this position, you will manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits and networking, to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for your book of business, ensuring client satisfaction while collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and execute strategic initiatives. The role also involves regular interaction with operational hubs to align sales planning with on-the-ground service delivery.
