About the Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our team and serve as a cornerstone for our growth. In this position, you will manage an existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients while simultaneously developing new B2B relationships through strategic referrals and leads. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their leadership capabilities.

As you execute these tasks, you will lead a team to ensure effective operations, train new members on company systems and processes, and contribute to our broader recruiting and leadership development efforts. This position offers a clear path for advancement; after a 45-day evaluation period, successful team members are positioned to grow into an Agency Director role.
