We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership across Tampa, FL, and the surrounding Gulf Coast counties. This role is ideal for someone who understands Florida's unique mix of coastal, suburban, and rural communities, values face-to-face relationships, and enjoys being a visible, trusted presence throughout the region.\n You will spend approximately 90% of your time in the field, meeting people where they live and work. Your territory includes Pinellas, Brooksville, and Hernando counties. By engaging local businesses and individual consumers, you will educate them on the value of AMCN membership for Florida residents, seasonal populations, and coastal communities. Through consistent local engagement and relationship-building, you will develop a strong sales pipeline that supports both territory goals and team performance.
