This position serves as a strategic Product Specialist within Medline's sales force, designed to drive sales growth and profitability across assigned product categories. You will act as the technical bridge between Medline's innovative solutions and the clinical needs of healthcare facilities. Rather than simply selling products, you will partner with account-assigned sales representatives to analyze territories, identify opportunities, and close complex technical sales.
Your day-to-day involves deep collaboration with clinicians, physicians, and hospital decision-makers. You will be called upon to present clinical and technical proposals that demonstrate how Medline's products integrate seamlessly with customer systems and equipment. From conducting product evaluations and in-services to troubleshooting implementation issues, you will ensure customers receive a positive experience from the initial consultation through post-close support.
Medline Industries, LP is a growing worldwide organization dedicated to providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment. Our mission extends beyond commerce; we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels they belong and can grow their career. We strive for this by seeking diversity in all forms, acting inclusively, and ensuring our people have the tools and resources to perform at their best.
In this role, you will work directly with Medline Sales Managers and the broader sales team to promote sales goals and initiatives. You will help shape division-wide product and market strategies by providing critical insights into market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
Qualified candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to demonstrate a track record of sales growth, quota attainment, and the capacity to build consensus with clinical stakeholders. The interview process will assess your technical communication skills, financial acumen, and ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.
