Rudd Equipment Company is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to secure profitable business through strategic planning, comprehensive territorial coverage, and effective sales presentations. This role exists to drive growth by identifying new prospects, understanding customer needs in the mining sector, and ensuring the timely delivery of equipment solutions.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, articulating the value of our full line of equipment and providing valuable recommendations on mining applications. You will work closely with Product Support Representatives, Credit Managers, and the Branch Vice President to manage the entire sales cycle—from initial surveys and contract lettings to post-sale customer support and account management.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to perform essential duties, including territory management, sales presentations, and technical product knowledge. The selection process focuses on verifying a minimum of five years of success in equipment sales and assessing communication skills for both large and small business groups.
