About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a major retailer to find a Senior M3 Solution Lead for a permanent hybrid role based in the Metro NY area (Long Island City). This position is critical for driving the evolution of their ERP landscape, specifically supporting the transition to CloudSuite M3 on AWS while maintaining robust on-premise operations.
The Role
As a Senior M3 Solution Lead, you will serve as the bridge between complex business needs and technical execution. You will partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Operations to translate business requirements into optimized M3 solutions. Your day-to-day involves evaluating existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, leading discovery sessions, and managing the functional configuration of M3 modules.
You will play a pivotal role in the organization's CloudSuite migration and ERP enhancement projects. This includes overseeing data migration and validation, managing release cycles, and ensuring seamless integration with connected systems such as POS, Ecommerce, WMS, and PLM. Beyond technical configuration, you will drive change management by developing end-user training and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Requirements
