The Sales Professional - Inside Sales serves as the primary contact for families, celebrating lives by making at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements. This role is essential for generating revenue while providing exemplary, personalized service to families during their most vulnerable moments.
You will act as a continuous link from services provided at need, through aftercare, to protecting families in the future. The day-to-day involves prospecting, networking within the community, and building trust-based relationships through honest communication and genuine concern. You will listen to each family's unique needs, offer solutions that provide value, and collaborate with funeral directors and location managers to ensure seamless, high-quality service. This position offers unlimited income potential through a competitive commission structure and the support of company-provided leads managed by best-in-class technology.
