The Sleep Expert role is designed to elevate the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority. You will offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. This position creates a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center, requiring you to cultivate strong relationships and serve as a subject matter expert on technical and product knowledge.
