About the Role
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling the next phase of the organization's corporate development. This position is designed to drive growth by executing long-term business planning, expanding the sales funnel, and closing new aerospace and industrial business accounts. You will work directly with the company leadership team to identify key technologies and business partnerships that support overall company growth objectives.
In this role, you will lead new business development for a multitude of projects and clients, maintaining relationships within the aerospace and industrial segments. You will collaborate with key executive stakeholders to shape the global business, competitive product, technology, and growth strategy. Your efforts will drive strategies including private labeling, strategic partnerships, vertical integration, and adjacent product development.

Requirements
