About the Role
The Program Manager serves as the primary day-to-day liaison between Forj Medical and its customers, ensuring that project expectations are met with precision. In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget, navigating the complexities of varied program scopes and technical challenges.
Operating within a matrixed environment, you will interface directly with customers, engineers, functional managers, and Forj Medical's leadership team. Your focus extends beyond simple execution; you will drive business negotiations regarding scope and cost changes, manage program risks, and identify opportunities to add value beyond the initial project constraints. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on collaboration across Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to guide moderately challenging projects from concept through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCollaborate with Sales and Engineering to develop estimates and proposals for new business opportunities
- check_circleManage program-level risks, issues, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- verifiedB.S. or M.S. in technical field
- verifiedPMP certification preferred
- verified5-10 years customer-facing product development experience
- verifiedKnowledge of electronics-based medical device technology
- verifiedProficiency in MS Project
- verifiedUnderstanding of FDA, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485
Nice to Have
PMP certification. Experience in the contract engineering service business. Experience with all phases of new product development, from concept through commercialization.
