As a Sales Manager, you will be on the front line of our mission to find and develop "Customers for Life" within your protected territory. This role is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude who are ready to build, develop, and lead a team of professional Outside Sales Representatives.
You will leverage UniFirst's cutting-edge sales tools and innovative programs, including a data management device with CRM software, to drive success. Your day-to-day involves coaching salespeople on maintaining contact and gaining appointments, accompanying representatives on sales calls to observe skills and techniques, and conducting product knowledge and selling skills training at weekly meetings. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing annual sales plans, submitting quarterly goals, and maintaining budgeted staffing levels. At times, you will personally take responsibility for Target Accounts when no salesperson is available in the territory.
