About the Role
This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our core customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. Your day-to-day involves modeling positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, while ensuring accurate processing of transactions and merchandise preparation.
