About the Role
As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled.
A typical day involves answering owner questions regarding property use and location amenities, making recommendations based on discovery, and following up on referrals. You will fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, and portfolio information while contacting owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities. Additionally, you will welcome and greet guests, anticipate their needs, and interact professionally with colleagues to contribute to team goals.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements. Note that an active and in good standing professional Hawaii Real Estate License is required where mandated by law.
