As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry's most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online. Success in this role relies on building long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy, while highlighting return on investment using proprietary analytic tools.
Day-to-day, you will leverage CoStar Group's deep knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio through prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting effective product demonstrations. You will work in a growth-oriented, innovative environment alongside talented internal industry experts, product marketing, and product management specialists.
New Sales Executives are prepared with extensive classroom and field training to ensure they possess the product and industry knowledge needed to build market credibility and achieve career success. This role is based on-site at the CoStar Group office in Boston, MA, and involves regular in-person meetings and travel by car, which may extend outside the immediate driving radius of the office.
