About the Role

The Sales Director serves as the strategic leader for the community's sales efforts, reporting directly to the Executive Director. This role is pivotal in driving occupancy goals and executing a quarterly marketing plan that aligns with Century Park's standards and all applicable laws. The position exists to not only fill units but to cultivate a vibrant community by building strong relationships with prospective residents and local referral sources.

In this capacity, you will manage the full lifecycle of the sales process, from identifying and cultivating referral networks to closing sales with prospective residents and their families. The day-to-day involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution: analyzing local demographics to target high-concentration areas, maintaining accurate leads and waitlists, and hosting marketing events that showcase the community's unique value. You will also lead a sales team, overseeing their recruitment, training, and performance to ensure a customer-centered experience for every inquiry.
