About the Opportunity
Vaco is seeking a Sales Director with deep Consumer Product industry experience for a direct-hire role. This position offers the chance to provide strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand presence and drive profitable growth within a national retail sales channel.
The Role
In this capacity, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute account strategies focused on expanding distribution and enhancing market performance. The role involves leading and developing a high-performing sales team while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. You will guide the development of presentations, promotional initiatives, and business reviews, while supporting ongoing process improvement related to logistics and operational efficiencies.
