Sales Associate

About the Role

The Sales Associate is a vital part of the Store Management Team, dedicated to maintaining exceptional Guest Services in line with Company Standards. This role is designed to support the store's daily operations by driving sales and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Day-to-day, you will manage a variety of essential tasks including housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing products. You will also handle POS operations and contribute to loss prevention efforts, all while adhering to strict Company policies and procedures. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand or walk for 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits

This is an hourly position with a rate ranging from $10.75 to $11.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.
