As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the bridge between Vori Health and the complex ecosystem of employers, health plans, consultants, and brokers. This role exists to identify high-value opportunities and compel decision-makers to engage with our sales organization. You will leverage your background in the healthcare landscape to navigate C-level interactions and broker communities, ensuring Vori's solution is positioned effectively to improve processes for all stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive outreach, ensuring proper messaging and coordination of tactics. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced environment, using persistence and curiosity to build rapport with prospective clients and inbound referrals. This is a fully remote position designed for a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of the payer, provider, and employer landscape.
Candidates selected for this role will move through a structured interview process designed to assess both sales acumen and cultural fit. While specific steps are determined by the recruiting team, the process typically includes an initial screening, a deep-dive into sales strategy, and a final team fit discussion.
