About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Inside Salesperson for our Lenexa, KS branch to drive sales growth by leveraging a well-defined strategic plan. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will serve as a vital resource for customers, providing timely and effective service while supporting the sale of industrial, automation, and electrical products through deep product knowledge.

In this full-time inside sales role, you will collaborate closely with Outside Sales to maintain up-to-date information on customer activities. Your day-to-day involves managing quote and order requests with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, as well as proactively monitoring open and back-order reports to keep customers and Account Managers informed. You will also provide backup support to the team as needed, ensuring seamless operations within the branch.
