About the Role

We are growing our team in Phoenix, AZ, and have multiple Early Careers full-time sales opportunities available. As a Sales Agent in our Sales Development Program, you will join an inbound call team where you consult customers on their insurance needs, match the correct coverages, products, and benefits, and guide them through enrollment.

This role is designed to accelerate your career. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, mentors, and sales leaders while building relationships within a close-knit community of peers. The program is curriculum-based and structured over an 18-month commitment. During training, you will receive full support and payment to obtain the required state insurance licenses; no license is required prior to starting. You will work in a fun, competitive environment focused on both teamwork and individual success, with clear direction on what it takes to excel.

Hiring Process & Application

Training & Schedule

Training is fully onsite at our Tempe, AZ location (430 N. Scottsdale Road) for 6–10 weeks in a standard day shift. Upon completion of training, you will transition to a hybrid schedule. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with rotational weekend work provided during training. This is a full-time position with flexibility desired based on the seasonality of our business.
