This position serves as a vital support pillar for the Sales & Marketing team at our Aspen, Colorado location. You will perform general office duties to ensure the department runs smoothly, including preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders throughout the sales process. Your work will help promote brand awareness internally and externally by gathering materials and assembling information packages like brochures and promotional materials.
As a key point of contact for clients, you will communicate via phone and email to respond to questions and requests, while also answering guest inquiries about property facilities, services, rates, and special events. You will utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Additionally, you will manage data integrity by entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information such as commissions, leads, and third-party details in our sales software.
Beyond administrative tasks, you will embody the St. Regis standard of hospitality. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. You will maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and ensure your appearance and conduct reflect the professional elegance expected of our brand.
