As a Sales Professional at our Wilmington location, you will be the face of the dealership, responsible for selling new and used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role exists to meet dealership sales goals while delivering an exceptional experience that exceeds customer expectations.
In this position, you will greet customers to determine their vehicle needs, explain features, and demonstrate operations through showroom tours or test drives. You will guide customers through the entire sales process, from quoting prices and negotiating trade-ins to completing paperwork and arranging delivery. Beyond the sale, you will engage in business development, address customer concerns, and maintain our commitment to continuous improvement and integrity in every interaction.
Candidates with prior sales and/or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. The role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Please note that this position involves physical demands including standing, walking, and moving around the facilities and outdoor car lot.
