About the Role

As a Sales Professional at our Wilmington, NC location, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey. This role exists to connect drivers with the perfect new or used vehicle while ensuring they leave with a smile. You will greet customers, determine their specific needs, and demonstrate the features and operation of vehicles in our showroom or on test drives.

Your day will involve more than just sales; it is about building trust. You will research model availability, suggest optional equipment, and handle the entire sales process from quoting the price to completing paperwork and arranging delivery. Success in this role requires you to maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards and engage in business development to grow our community presence. Whether you are standing on the lot, walking through the showroom, or driving a customer on a test run, you will be actively representing our commitment to integrity and servant leadership.
