About the Role

As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our dealership, selling new and used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role exists to meet dealership sales goals while delivering an exceptional experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will greet customers, determine their vehicle needs, and guide them through the entire purchasing journey—from explaining features and demonstrating operations to negotiating prices and finalizing paperwork.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of showroom interactions, outdoor lot activities, and customer test drives. You will research model availability, suggest optional equipment, and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration. Success in this role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work in a fast-paced environment that includes both indoor and outdoor settings, requiring frequent movement around the facilities and the car lot.
