As a Sales Professional at our Hoover location, you will be the face of our dealership, dedicated to selling new and used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is about more than just meeting sales goals; it is about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the entire vehicle purchasing journey.
In this position, you will greet customers, determine their vehicle preferences, and demonstrate features through showroom tours or test drives. You will act as a trusted advisor, suggesting optional equipment and handling all aspects of the transaction, from quoting prices and trade-in allowances to completing paperwork and arranging delivery and registration. Your day will involve engaging in business development, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment both indoors and on the outdoor lot.
