About the Role
As a Sales Xactly Compensation Administrator at Taylor Morrison, you will serve as the guardian of our sales commission ecosystem. This role is critical for ensuring that our sales teams are accurately and timely compensated, fostering trust and motivation across the organization. You will act as the bridge between complex data sources, the Xactly Incent platform, and the stakeholders who rely on precise commission outcomes.
Your day-to-day involves managing the end-to-end administration of the sales commission process. You will validate data integrity, collaborate with Division Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with the PMO to ensure seamless data integration. Beyond the mechanics of calculation, you will analyze commission reports to identify trends, support the design of commission plans, and communicate plan agreements clearly to the sales force.

Requirements
