We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to join a leading medical device company as a 6-month contract resource. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentives across the US region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, bridging the gap between complex compensation logic and the representatives who rely on it.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation, you will manage the end-to-end administration of sales compensation plans. Your day-to-day involves processing commissions, maintaining the Xactly Incent system, and resolving inquiries from internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on data accuracy, enjoys explaining complex calculations to others, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service within a finance and operations context.
Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders. The role is remote, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (with some flexibility). Please ensure your resume highlights advanced Excel skills, a strong attention to detail, and specific experience in sales commission processing (rather than general payroll or HR functions).
