As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting new and existing customers by delivering expert product guidance and driving transactional and solution-based sales. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact. You will partner closely with Account Managers to win profitable business, managing multiple lead channels including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. Your goal is to position Quill as a trusted advisor, increasing share of wallet and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
