As an Inside Sales Specialist at Quill, you will play a critical role in supporting new and existing customers. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact on the business. You will partner closely with Account Managers to win profitable business, acting as a trusted advisor who consolidates customer spend and drives transactional and solution-based sales.
In this role, you will navigate multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads and chat, while educating customers on Quill's specialized product offerings. Your day will involve managing a strong opportunity pipeline, increasing share of wallet, and growing average order value. You will thrive in a performance-driven environment where resilience, confidence, and a collaborative mindset are essential to success.
