As an Inside Sales Specialist at Quill, you will play a critical role in supporting new and existing customers. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact on the business. You will partner closely with Account Managers to win profitable business, acting as a trusted advisor who consolidates customer spend and positions Quill as a go-to resource for specialized product offerings.
In this role, you will navigate a dynamic environment where you manage multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads and chat. Your day will involve educating customers on pricing and category-specific solutions, maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline, and driving high conversion rates while adhering to margin guidelines. You will be the bridge between complex customer needs and our comprehensive product catalog, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
