About the Role
The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween supports the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is essential for maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards while driving sales and ensuring a safe, organized environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The position requires physical activity, such as climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, along with standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rates range from $15.92 to $16.17 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. The role offers New Jersey Paid Sick Time, as well as Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to specific qualifications.
