About the Role
The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is essential to maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards while driving sales through active engagement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Associates should be prepared to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rates range from $11.80 to $12.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. The role offers Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to specific qualifications.
