About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, you will be a vital part of the Store Management Team during our seasonal operations. This role is designed to support the creation and maintenance of our immersive Halloween experience, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and engaging visit from setup to teardown.
In this position, you will play an active role in bringing the store to life. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, including setting up fixtures, merchandising displays, and handling general housekeeping to maintain store standards. You will also be on the front lines of guest services, managing point-of-sale operations, pricing items, and engaging with customers through sign waving and sales support. Additionally, you will contribute to loss prevention efforts to ensure the store remains secure and organized throughout the season.
Physical Requirements
This is an active role that requires physical stamina. You will be standing or walking for up to 8 hours at a time. The position also involves climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
