Associate National Account Manager

About the Role

The Associate National Account Manager serves as a strategic partner to the National Account Manager, specifically focused on driving the success of Swisher's business with 7-Eleven. This position is designed to enable account growth through data-driven analytics, seamless coordination, and precise executional support. The role acts as a bridge between corporate strategy and field operations, ensuring that customer engagement, internal alignment, and day-to-day account management directly contribute to increased volume, revenue, and overall performance.

In this capacity, you will be the operational backbone of the 7-Eleven partnership. Your day-to-day involves analyzing sales performance and promotional effectiveness to surface actionable insights for business reviews. You will coordinate logistics for trade shows and key account events, while simultaneously managing item setup, promotional tracking, and issue resolution. By partnering with field sales teams, you will support store-level execution, resets, and program alignment, ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into tangible in-store results.

Team Context

This role operates within a dynamic environment where cross-functional collaboration is key. You will coordinate inputs from Sales Operations, Marketing, and Trade teams to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met. Success in this position requires building and maintaining strong working relationships with 7-Eleven Field Operations Advisors (FOAs) and field leadership teams to support executional alignment. You will also participate in in-field training and development, helping to equip sales team members with the knowledge of Swisher's initiatives and execution standards.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. This position requires up to 50% travel, including overnight stays, based on geographic area and customer needs. Applicants should be prepared to navigate convenience stores, warehouses, and retail environments, which may involve climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
