About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, you will be the backbone of our seasonal store operations. You will partner closely with the Store Management Team to bring our spooky vision to life, managing the entire lifecycle of the store from setup and merchandising to pack-up and teardown. Your role is vital in maintaining high Guest Services standards, ensuring every visitor has a memorable experience while supporting sales goals through active sign waving, pricing, and POS operations.
This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. You will be on your feet for extended periods, engaging with customers and handling physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds to keep the store running smoothly and safely.
