About the Role
The Sales Associate is a vital part of the Store Management Team, dedicated to maintaining high Guest Services standards while driving store success. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail environment, supporting daily operations through sales generation, merchandising, and loss prevention.
In this position, you will handle a variety of tasks including conducting housekeeping, signing, pricing, and managing POS operations. The role requires active engagement with the store environment, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a typical shift involving 8 hours of standing and walking.
