About the Role
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience. You will bring a positive attitude and service mentality to every interaction in an effort to delight the MadRag shopper. This role is about creating a welcoming environment, immediately responding to customer inquiries, and proactively seeking opportunities to deliver a great customer experience. You will use basic selling techniques to engage with customers, introduce current sales and promotions, and follow the Company's Customer FIRST model to guide every interaction.
