About the Role
As an Aisles Online Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store's online shopping website. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our digital customer experience. You will manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring that every online order is picked, packed, and delivered with the same care and attention to detail as an in-store shopper.
Your day will involve coordinating personal shoppers and delivery drivers, monitoring incoming orders for on-time fulfillment, and ensuring that food safety guidelines are strictly adhered to so customers receive the highest quality products. Beyond operations, you will serve as a mentor and trainer for new employees, fostering a team environment that is results-oriented and customer-focused.
