- check_circleExecute the La-Z-Boy selling process to provide favorable customer experiences
- check_circleSchedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs
- check_circleTrain and coach new peers on product knowledge and selling skills
- check_circleMaintain showroom displays, tag products, and ensure store cleanliness
- check_circleSchedule deliveries with customers and maintain daily system logs
- check_circleOpen and close the store while maintaining operational standards
- check_circleAccurately complete order information, collect deposits, and manage customer records
- check_circleProvide high-level customer service and resolve issues or complaints
- check_circlePromote the Design program and assist designers in achieving sales targets
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
