About the Role

The Sales Associate is a vital part of the Store Management Team, dedicated to maintaining high Guest Services standards while driving store success. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail environment, supporting daily operations through sales generation, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting housekeeping, managing signage and pricing, operating the POS system, and ensuring all activities adhere to company policies. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand or walk for 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age to apply.
