About the Role
The Sales Associate is a vital partner to Management in promoting a sales culture focused on exceptional customer experiences and maximum profitability. You will be the face of our brand, modeling our "Most Amazing Personal Service" (MAPS) principles to offer a cohesive omni-channel experience. From building a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing to ensuring a fast and efficient register experience, your role is to make every interaction memorable. You will drive results by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and helping customers find the perfect fit both in-store and online.
