As an Executive Store Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the seamless operation of both the front-end and pharmacy departments. You will assume full responsibility for all store activities in the Store Manager's absence, acting as the primary leader for the team and the face of the store for the community.
