About the Role
As an Executive Store Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the seamless operation of both the front-end and pharmacy departments. This role is designed to drive company deliverables, enhance profitability, and elevate the customer experience. You will assume full responsibility for all store activities in the Store Manager's absence, acting as the primary leader for the team and the face of the store for the community.
Your day-to-day involves managing a diverse team of associates and designated hitters, fostering a culture of accountability, and leveraging data to make fact-based decisions. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the store by collaborating with external partners and identifying community outreach opportunities. Whether you are analyzing financial performance, resolving complex customer complaints, or mentoring team members for career growth, your focus remains on building loyalty and exceeding expectations.

Hiring Process
Candidates must be willing to complete the Store Manager learning and development program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of starting the role. Successful candidates will also be expected to obtain and maintain a valid pharmacy technician license as required by their state.

Requirements
