Sales Associate

About the Role

The Sales Associate is the face of Guest Services, responsible for maintaining company standards while supporting the Store Management Team. This role is central to the daily operations of the store, focusing on generating sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting housekeeping, managing merchandising, signing, and pricing items, as well as handling POS operations and loss prevention. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Physical Requirements

This role involves active movement throughout the shift. The physical demands include standing or walking for up to 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
