About the Role

The Relief Sales Manager serves as the on-the-ground partner for large-format and on-premise customers within the Columbus territory, stepping in to support Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai when an Account Manager is unavailable. This role is critical for maintaining execution, merchandising, and fulfillment standards across the assigned geography.

In this position, you will drive retention and penetration by managing the entire customer experience, from pre-selling promotions and displays to executing beverage section revamps. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and distribution share by implementing shelf re-allocations, stocking secondary displays, and ensuring proper mechanical operation and cleanliness in chain store accounts. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with key account personnel to secure volume objectives and maintaining accurate records of promotional activity and competitive sales.
