We are seeking a Director of Sales to join our team and drive new business growth while expanding strategic client partnerships. In this position, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on identifying new opportunities and strengthening executive-level relationships.
You will work cross-functionally to deliver value-added retail solutions that combine creative, production, logistics, and technology-enabled capabilities. Your mission is to partner with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies that support continued revenue growth. This role is central to fostering a culture centered on accountability, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Based out of our headquarters in Chanhassen, MN, this role operates on a standard Monday through Friday schedule. You will spend your time building and maintaining executive-level relationships with client stakeholders, driving revenue growth by pursuing new business opportunities with brands and retailers, and collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals.
You will monitor market trends and competitive positioning while supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies alongside executive leadership. While the role is based in Minnesota, it requires up to 25% travel for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration. Success in this role requires a willingness to wear whatever hat gets the job done, admitting mistakes when they happen, and remaining fiercely loyal to both our customers and team.
