About the Role

Route Sales Representatives are critical to FritoLay's success, serving as the face of the brand at local stores ranging from gas stations and dollar stores to large grocery chains. In this role, you will drive a FritoLay truck to deliver, sell, and merchandise the complete line of products, including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. You will work independently to unload orders and partner with store managers to increase sales, manage orders, and maintain daily records.

While the position begins as a Route Sales Representative, FritoLay and its parent company, PepsiCo, are invested in your growth. This role offers a pathway to career opportunities within the organization. The environment is fun, fast-paced, and physical, often requiring you to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Because the business operates 24 hours a day, schedules may include weekends and holidays, though the goal is to attain a route with a set schedule and time off.
