The Neuroscience portfolio is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain. Guided by our Mission—to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life—we develop technologies and therapies that help people regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most.
The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit is a global leader and trusted partner for innovative ENT solutions. We partner with the ENT community to understand the needs of customers and patients, delivering solutions that improve lives while embodying a culture of accountability and trust. Over the past 20 years, we have become the global market leader in image-guided surgery, intraoperative nerve monitoring, and powered surgical instruments.
In this field-based role, you will have the responsibility and authority to sell all Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians, and other approved customers within your geographical territory. As one of three comprehensive portfolios, this position requires you to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. The role involves conducting face-to-face sales calls, demonstrating capital and disposable products, and executing sales action plans to attain established quotas.
This is a dynamic, mobile position where you will work or attend meetings inside and outside the territory, providing support to clinical personnel in surgical environments. You will be responsible for maintaining company-owned property and inventory, reporting competitive activity, and ensuring compliance with the Medtronic Surgical Technologies Quality System. The role includes approximately 50% overnight travel and requires the physical handling of demonstration equipment.
Medtronic offers a competitive salary and a flexible benefits package designed to support you at every career and life stage. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), providing the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding goals.
