The Neuroscience portfolio is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain. The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit is a global leader and trusted partner for innovative ENT solutions that improve patient access, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Over the past 20 years, we have become the global market leader in image-guided surgery, intraoperative nerve monitoring, and powered surgical instruments.
This role is a field-based position where you will have the responsibility and authority to sell all Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians, and other approved customers within your territory. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, you will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. The role involves presenting opportunities for broader engagement through travel outside the territory, with approximately 50% overnight travel required via driving and air travel when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians and key influencers to demonstrate and sell surgical technologies
- check_circleManage inventory and transport heavy demonstration equipment to customer premises
- check_circleReport competitive activity and maintain required records for the Region Manager
- check_circlePlan and execute sales action plans to achieve established quotas and sales objectives
- check_circleTravel extensively within the territory and attend meetings to engage with the ENT community
- check_circleProvide clinical support and service to personnel in surgical environments
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma AND 8+ years relevant experience
- verifiedAssociate's Degree AND 6+ years relevant experience
- verifiedBachelor's Degree AND 4+ years relevant experience
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedActive vehicle insurance policy
- verifiedU.S. work authorization (unrestricted)

Nice to Have
Successful medical sales record, preferably with ENT products. Knowledge of ENT assigned product/therapy customer base. Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills. Local qualified candidates. Candidates with Medtronic experience.
